May 27, 2013 - Delaware City

Went through the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal (C&D Canal).  There was lots of traffic due to Memorial Day weekend – we had several bad wakes.  Tim, the owner of Delaware City Marina, was very knowledgeable and friendly.  The town was small with a nice promenade and park.  We strolled through and ate at Kathys Crab House, which was out of crabs… had burgers, wings, and steamed shrimp.
